La marca ofrece además de su inconfundible calidad, el lujo, que es la característica de este modelo que le otorga una economía de combustible de 40 MPG combinada con EPA. Esto lo trae al mercado aún más atractivo y hace de el Lexus ES 300h un sedán de lujo híbrido sumamente apreciado, agregando para este 2017 un caracter de seguridad como estándar, Lexus Safety Sistema +.

El vehículo transmite su identidad híbrida a través de sugerentes diseños, incluyendo un spoiler especial, tubo de escape oculto e insignias azules híbridas.

Una atrevida versión de una sola pieza de la firma con una parrilla enmarcada con un elegante acabado de cromo satinado. Los faros LED estándar proporcionan otro distintintivo, para el día o la noche.

Todos los colores disponibles de la ES 300h para la pintura exterior metálica, perlada y mica, vale la pena destacar, en la que se ha utilizado la tecnología de recubrimiento transparente auto-curativo.

La belleza del sistema Lexus Hybrid Drive es que usted no lo siente ruido al manejarlo; pareciera que el motor no está trabajando. Es decir, funciona con mucha suavidad y finura.

El sistema combina perfectamente la salida de un motor de cuatro cilindros de Atkinson de 2,5 litros con un motor eléctrico para generar 200 caballos de fuerza total del sistema.

El ES 300h funcionará con el motor eléctrico o en el motor de gas solamente, o una combinación de ambos, basado en la situación de conducción. El indicador del sistema híbrido muestra el uso de la energía y le indica los hábitos de conducción eficientes.

El conductor tiene cuatro modos para la conducción de el ES 300h: Normal, Deportivo, Eco y EV. El modo normal proporciona una mezcla ideal de rendimiento y eficiencia. El modo Eco favorece el ahorro de combustible, y en modo EV, el ES 300h puede conducir distancias cortas a velocidad reducida con la batería sola. Si cambia al modo Sport, la sensibilidad no sólo se sentirá, sino que también se verá: al seleccionar el modo Sport, cambia la iluminación del grupo de indicadores a un rojo encendido y reemplaza el indicador del sistema híbrido por un tacómetro.

As if flagship-style luxury and 40-MPG combined EPA-estimated fuel economy didn’t already make the Lexus ES 300h a supremely desirable hybrid luxury sedan, Lexus made it more so for 2017 by adding a safety feature as standard, the Lexus Safety System+.

One of five Lexus hybrid models offered for 2017, the ES 300h makes luxury eco-conscious with EPA-estimated fuel economy ratings of 40 MPG city / 39 MPG highway / 40 MPG combined -- on regular-grade gas.

The ES 300h conveys its hybrid identity through subtle design cues, including a trunk lip spoiler, hidden exhaust pipe and blue hybrid badges. Subtle, though, is hardly the word for the overall design.

The focal point is a daring one-piece version of the brand’s signature spindle grille, framed by elegant satin chrome trim. Standard LED headlights give the ES 300h a distinctive face, day or night. Fog lights at the corners of the front fascia accentuate the wide stance.

Distinctive L-themed taillights echo those of the Lexus LS flagship sedan. All of the ES 300h’s available metallic, pearl and mica exterior paint colors, it’s worth noting, use self-healing clear coat technology – and not one costs extra.

Eco Performance, Invisibly 
The Lexus Hybrid Drive system is that you don’t feel it working. That is, it works with renowned Lexus smoothness and finesse. The system seamlessly combines the output of a 2.5-liter Atkinson-cycle four-cylinder engine with an electric motor to generate 200 total system horsepower.

The ES 300h will run on the electric motor or gas engine alone, or a combination of both, based on the driving situation. The Hybrid System Indicator shows use of energy and encourages efficient driving habits.

The electronic planetary-type continuously variable transmission plays a critical role in the ES 300h’s smooth demeanor. There’s driving spirit here, too, with zero-to-60 mph in 8.1 seconds and the electric motor enhancing low-end torque for a strong acceleration feel.

The driver can tailor the ES 300h’s responses and feel by choosing from among four modes: Normal, Sport, Eco and EV. Normal mode provides an ideal blend of performance and efficiency. Eco mode favors fuel economy, and in EV mode, the ES 300h can be driven short distances at reduced speed on battery power alone. Switching into Sport mode puts an edge on performance response that you not only feel, but also see: selecting Sport mode changes the gauge cluster lighting to a fiery red and replaces the Hybrid System Indicator with a tachometer.
